We provide a variety of add-ons in addition to our standard painting services that can be used to enhance and customize your painting system.

Additional coats of paint $80 / Additional coat

This add-on can be useful if you want to enhance the color depth of your walls or if you're looking for a longer-lasting finish.
Accent walls $130 / Standard accent wal

Accent walls add color or texture and create a focal point. The cost of this add-on is determined by the size of the wall and the complexity of the design.
Crown molding painting $5 / Linear foot

Painting crown molding can add an extra touch of elegance to any room. This add-on can be priced based on the linear footage of the crown molding.
Baseboard painting $2 / Linear foot

Painting the baseboards can help give your room a finished look. This add-on can be priced based on the linear footage of the baseboards.

Door painting $60 / Door

Painting doors can help freshen up the look of any room. This add-on can be priced based on the number of doors that need to be painted.
Trim painting $3 / Linear foot.

Painting trim can help enhance the overall look of a room. This add-on can be priced based on the linear footage of the trim.
Drywall repair $75 / Small repair.

Repairing drywall cracks and holes can make your room look smoother. Based on repair size and complexity, this add-on can be priced.
Epoxy floor coatings $1800 / Standard floor.

Epoxy coatings protect and improve garage and basement floors. The price of this add-on can be determined by the square footage of the floor.

Payment Terms

For our painting services, we believe in transparent pricing and clear payment terms. Here's what to expect in terms of payment for your painting project.

Deposit

We require a deposit of 50% of the total project cost before starting work on your painting project. This deposit ensures that we have the necessary materials and equipment to complete your project to the highest standard.

Payment Schedule

For larger painting projects, we may require interim payments as work progresses. We'll provide you with a payment schedule at the start of your project, so you'll know exactly when payments are due.

Payment Methods

There is no restriction on the types of payments that can be made, so you can pay with cash, checks, or credit cards. It is expected that full payment will be made once the painting job is finished.

Additional Fees

If extensive preparation work, specialized equipment, or issues arise during painting, there might be additional fees. Before beginning work on your project, we will always provide a comprehensive breakdown of any additional fees.

Late Payments

We reserve the right to charge interest on any late payments. If we have payment issues, we will always communicate with you and work with you to find a solution that works for everyone.

How do you determine the price of a painting project?

The price of a painting job depends on a number of things, such as its size and difficulty, the type of paint and materials used, and the amount of prep work that needs to be done.

Are there any additional fees?

There may be extra costs if a lot of prep work is needed, if the job needs special tools, or if there are problems that come up out of the blue while painting. Before we start working on your project, we will always give you a full breakdown of any extra costs.

How do I know I'm getting a fair price for my painting project?

For all of our painting services, we work hard to offer affordable prices. In addition to answering any questions you may have, we are happy to give you a thorough breakdown of our pricing.

Can I choose to purchase my own paint?

If you prefer, you can go out and buy your own paint. However, we believe you should first consult with us to ensure that the paint you select is appropriate for the project you have in mind.
